Cancellation by Customer - Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service time - Cancellations within 24 hours: 25% of the booking amount will be charged - No-show or cancellation after the service time: Full charge applies 2. Cancellation by Provider If a service provider cancels a booking, you will receive a full refund. We will assist you in rebooking with another provider at no extra cost. 3. Refund Processing - Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days - Refunds are credited to the original payment method - For Razorpay payments, refunds follow Razorpay's standard processing times 4. Service Quality Issues If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue and facilitate a resolution. 5.
