Services ProLux connects users with independent service providers. We are a platform facilitating bookings and are not responsible for the actual service delivery by providers. 3. User Responsibilities - Provide accurate information when booking services - Treat service providers with respect - Not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities 4. Payments All payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Prices are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of booking. 5. Cancellations & Refunds - Customers may cancel a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund - Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee - If a provider cancels, you will receive a full refund 6. Limitation of Liability ProLux shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. 7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes.
